After moving here in 2015, I realized there was a longing for authentic Portuguese pastries, which inspired me to leave my IT career. I returned to Portugal to train as a professional Pastry Chef, honing my skills in creating these heavenly custard tarts. Since opening in 2016, we focus on supplying local coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarket bakery sections nationwide.
