At Hogarth Chocolate Makers, we craft exquisite chocolate in small batches using traditional techniques. We source the finest SLAVE FREE cacao beans from around the globe, ensuring we maintain ethical standards while creating rich flavors. Our hands-on process involves sorting, roasting, and grinding, all done right in our local factory. We focus on minimal ingredients to highlight the true essence of cacao, a quality often lost in mass production. Collaborating with Ana Aceves of Sugarcube Studios, we’ve designed unique packaging that tells the story of my journey from sailor to chocolate maker, reflecting the cacao's own voyage to our shores.
